Panasonic ES-ED90-P has plenty of features that make it a really good epilator and a pretty popular one.
And that’s why I featured it on this list on some of the best epilators.
In this review on the ES-ED90-P wet & dry epilator I’m going to talk about all those characteristics but first let’s take a quick look at what this hair removal device has to offer:

Number of Tweezers
Thanks to its 48 tweezers, this Panasonic wet & dry epilator is ready to remove hairs in a fast and efficient manner.
It will remove all hairs from the root and it will do a very good job while at it.
As more time passes since your first epilation, the thinner and fewer the hairs will become.
That’s true for all epilators, not just this one.

There’s something really great about this one.

There are plenty of great things but I want to talk about the fact that you can use it to remove hair from any part of your body, be it legs, arms, bikini line and underarms, expect facial hair removal.
All these are possible thanks to its two caps: a wide dual-disc epilation head and a gentle epilation head.
It’s not easy to guess what each of them does.
It doesn’t have as many accessories as the Braun Silk-Epil 7681, also a wet and dry epilator, but it’s also not as expensive as that one.
The normal epilator head reveals the entire 48 tweezers found on the head of the Panasonic ES-ED90-P so it’s perfect for a fast and efficient epilation, especially on legs,
While the beginner cap narrows the number of tweezers that make contact with the skin.
The gentle epilation head can be used on the bikini area and the underarms.
This is a 3-in-1 system.
Besides the head that features the tweezers, you will also receive a shaver and a trimmer head.
These are two accessories that are highly useful for many women out there. It works just as well as an epilator and as a shaver.
And if that weren’t enough,
You also get a pedicure buffer for removing dry, callous skin.
Other accessories include a cleaning brush and, for better hygiene at the ending of an epilation session, you can also wash the removable head, and a travel pouch, for traveling in style.
Last but not least,
The entire exterior design screams epilator for women.
It’s quite adorable but don’t believe that it’ not powerful just because it’s pink and tiny.
Panasonic ES-ED90-P a Slightly Less Painful Epilator
Epilation can be a painful process, especially if you’ve never tried it before.
Or if you’ve never tried waxing because the pain is quite similar, given that in the case of these two hair removal methods hairs are removed from the root.
However,
It’s also true that there are epilators that cause a lot more pain and there are also those who are more easy on the pain.
Fortunately,
The Panasonic ES-ED90-P falls into the second category.
That doesn’t mean it causes no pain at all, don’t get your hopes too high or try this model with the idea that you won’t feel anything when hairs are being plucked by its many tweezers.
Wet & Dry Epilator
Anyway,
If you still feel that the pain is unbearable, you can use Panasonic ES-ED90-P with shower gel.
There are many women who prefer using it after a hot bath because the pores are open so they’re not holding so tight to the roots.
It’s cordless: it charges in an hour and then it can be used for 40 minutes, time in which you can make your skin smooth and soft.
You can also use foam or gel.
I can’t say how it feels because I’ve never tried it. I’ve only experienced dry epilation, in which case the epilator makes direct contact with my hairs and skin.
Features to Appreciate
The 48 tweezers are powerful and efficient. The ES-ED90-P removes hair from the root.
As accessories, it features a gentle epilator head, which is great for sensitive areas and there is also the wide dual-disc head where the 48 tweezers are found.
You can add the gentle cap for more sensitive areas, like the underarms and the bikini area.
It can be used to remove hair from legs, arms, underarms and bikini line.
I recommend using the first speed when removing hair from sensitive areas. It should be less painful.
Other accessories include a trimmer head and a shaver head.
It also comes with a cleaning brush, built-in light, and a travel pouch.
What’s Missing
It cannot be used while charging, as compared to the Philips HP6576.
So,
When it’s plugged in, it won’t start.
That’s why I’m not a big fan of cordless epilators because there aren’t many who can be used when charging.
But if you want a wet and dry epilator, you have to make the compromise.
Other than that,
It’s a great pretty epilator even though a bit too expensive. But if you find it on sale don’t hesitate to buy it.
